Someone suggested to me they were from 'PMS' - but I can't find anything out about PMS.
I queried whether they meant PAMS, but they definitely meant PMS.
This of course could be a red herring, so any assistance with the name or source of these would be really appreciated.
The jingles from each piece are all from the same package, with slight variations on a couple.

The work, including some custom tracks, is typically wonderful, and I have assembled a short montage of some of the cuts at the link below for your perusal Sono freaks! With the recent discussion on Sono's, I felt it was time to grab some new ones for my on air and Internet foolishness! Use the link below. Since Pete 'teased' us with his amazing re-sing I'll work backwards here and for the first cut post just a solo - it might be from the front, middle or end of the cut - only clue it's an old PAMS! Which package, and who sang this originally? Let's limit guesses to under 55s as it might be easy for over 55s !? :-)]]>

The Maidstone studio is now a chain restaurant, and the old phone number is now a taxi company. The old Canterbury studio is (I think) a nightclub.

This montage should be dedicated to Eric The Anorak, as featured on Neil Taylor’s show, back in the day. Where else could you have had the A-Z of radio anoraksia, and learn about TBUs, clean feeds, jingles and logging tapes?

I’ve worked with a few ex jocks from the station, in local itv and BBC stations. They’ve always spoken fondly of their time at Invicta. The early 1990s package was sold on CD to listeners, and there was an on-air feature (which I don’t have) with Tim Stewart (sadly no longer with us) in conversation with David Arnold, the UK rep for the American producer)

!! Masters of Sonovox !! Thu, 02 Oct 2014 13:46:41 +0100 LenGroat 10154@/index.php?p=/discussions

There's also an interesting picture of Jon at JAM from 1989 "The first recording made in Studio B was a sonovox session. This proprietary technique creates the effect that instruments or sounds are actually singing. Jon Wolfert is seen here operating the device, as he has on every sonovox jingle which JAM has ever produced".

I'm hoping we can document other 'sonovoxers'. I believe Tom Parma (husband of key PAMS/JAM singer/vocal part writer Judy) did some later PAMS sonovox but that's all I know, who did Series 18 and 22, and the later 'Music Machine'?.

I wonder who did MY first PAMS Sonovox (recorded in 1975) on 'Sonosational' Series 18 #13 from 1961?!

Lastly, have you got a cut with Sonovox on, let's hear it!]]>
