KWNA Radio Winnemucca, NV
  • I've only ever heard one jingle from this station and its the long one at 9 minutes 52 seconds into this montage:

Does anyone happen to have any other jingles from this station? I have a big interest in rural, remote radio stations like this..... so I'd love to hear more!

I DO have a very old tape, not from KWN-A but KWN-O, also "out in the boondogs" just a little!

Thanks for the reminder of this EXCELLENT long compilation - I'd completely forgotten I had found a cut there I later bought !

    Nae bother!

The selection of the cuts I uploaded to JM back in the "jingle audio database" era,
with a bell or whistle or two now added at either end...

From the boondogs of Winsconsin, circa 1971, Pepper-Tanner's "Good Thing" i.e. the tidyied-up
re-hash of the unwieldy "Oddysey 70" originally commissioned for WWDC 1260 Washington.

Actually well-sung for a "small-market" PT client, probably on barter I would imagine.
