Thanks for posting Michael's comments Geoff!

A very relevant viewpoint (I won't mention which other current Threads!) and elegant overview of US radio & jingles over the years from a seasoned professional.

Can Michael be persuaded to sign-up as a JM Member, or is he quite happy to "lurk" in the background?

Agreed..having read some of the comments on the site this evening,there are a few members who should take a look and read that post,then read it again,then again to make sure they've taken it in.

It says everything about this life we lead,and Michael,I'm sure should he wish to join us here,should be welcomed not only with open arms,but also with membership to the "higher chapter"

Totally agree! The Michaels of this hobby are the "heritage" of the way it is today (and some of the parallels, e.g. "10% of reels" coming back with dubs on them, are uncannily familiar!)
